It has recently come to my attention that buyers agents are now discouraged from giving feedback to listing agents. It apparently has to do with the confidentiality of the buyer. Please give me a good reason why an agent cant say they are not interested in the home or it smells, or it is overpriced.  I am not saying that an agent has to call with "Oh they loved the house and will pay any price to have the house", but a simple they thought it was nice or they hated it would not be giving anything away.  That is a real "gimme a break"
