Home Builders see a bounce in sales for Oct. - 10/21/06 11:12 AM
On the brighter side was somewhat better news for, and attitudes among, the nation's homebuilders. For October, the gauge used by the National Association of Homebuilders to measure the sentiment of its members appears to be moving higher!
I`m still have cautious optimism, at best, at least some builders did more work in September,which is normally a slow month.
Housing Starts rose by 5.9%.Although,it`s still way too early to call a bottom for the housing market,I do believe we`re going to see movement that will head higher in 2007.

It`s Sunday " Do you know where your Realtor is?" - 10/01/06 05:18 PM
I`ve read some great posts today about showing instructions ( daniels and pavey). both professionals discuss how difficult it is to locate a Realtor in South Florida on a Sunday.    
Many times, i believe Sunday isn`t the only day that a Realtor can`t  be found.
In fact lets say it`s difficult Mon-Sat. as well!
There is a home located in Weston that our client wanted to see. It took me 4 x`s to contact the Realtor to no avail and another 2x`s to get to the office.
