This test is really useful. It is used to see if a person is suited to Real Estate, but it is also a valuable tool for experienced agents. The information derived can help you and a coach to guide you to improving your performance. Of course if you are new, the test will give you an indication on what to expect and if you have the aptitude for this tough career. Good luck, I hope it doesn't tell you to give up!! This tool is not new, but I thought I would give it some publicity. Would you like an official site, where a visitor to your site can click on to find out what CRS is? Member site example How about one which is customized for you? Members should log on to their CRS account, go to My Advantage tag and account information, click on member site wizard to get started. It only takes 15 minutes and will give you a link from your home page. Let me know what you think. (9 comments)

CRS have just rolled out a networking site called Member Connect. It has news, and a forum for discussion. Just go to http://www.crs.com/Community and leave your comments there, or post them here. Your feedback is appreciated. I believe this for members only. Madison Wi, Schenk Neighborhood, a few blocks to the school. We have had good activity in the first week on market. for this extremely cute cape cod is just a block from Olbrich Park, Lake Monona and the Monona bike path. The bike path will take you both to the Madison capital, university and town center, while the other to Monona and the popular round lake circuit. The home is also close to Woodmans, the east Madison bus transit point, main roads. Yes this home has been totally fixed up, from the brand new kitchen, complete with new appliances, cabinets, ceramic (4 comments)
Help please with RSS Feed Reader - 11/16/07 09:36 PM
Help me someone. I am very frustrated with setting up a RSS feed reader. (Everytime I try, I lose several hours following up blogs on the subject etc. I think I have set up a Google feed reader account. When I click on a RSS icon on a site i want, I get all this code. Am I supposed to place it somewhere? If so where? I know it shouldn't be difficult but every time I have heard someone talk about readers it is like it just happens. (PS the same with my Google analytics, I can not get to work either.) Please (4 comments)
Listings, Leads and Leverage - 11/09/07 09:23 PM
We at Keller Williams talk about the 3 L's being the core of Real Estate practice. These are the things of a healthy practice. I have documented my business progress this year. for example this piece on my assistant But I have found another way to create leverage to get more listings. Over the last couple of years, I have found that I am ok at cold calling FSBOs and expireds, but ok does not get many results. I would spend 1-2 hours a week calling in the evenings, when I really want to be with my family. I have just found a talent who (5 comments)
