For over 2 years, I have written about the value of buying in this economy, suggesting now is the best time to buy.   It still is!!  Thanks to a long term record low interest rate, lower demand and higher level of inventory.  The economy still isn’t putting on the jobs and confidence is still holding buyers back.
It may sound strange, but confidence is a major cause of a bad market.  Funny because, confidence is a mindset and has no relationship to physical being,  so why do I say this?

Having just returned from England I was not aware that the sky had fallen and we were about to enter a nose dive!! Looking at my recent schedule and inquiries I am thinking something doesn't jive.   
The news sounds terrible, (such as national news tries to be), dramatic painting the worst scenario.  Let's look at the stats closer.   
It doesn't take a genius to realize that is you give a bunch of people $8000 for buying a home before May, then you are going to sell a bunch of homes.  You will even take some of the people … (4 comments)
