No, I'm not talking about having school kids posting frequently on your blog. However - maybe after you read this post you will decide to put this idea to work in your area. Sure - I know there are those "purist" in our community who will shriek in horror at me suggesting that you fork over your prized online communication tool and place it in the hands of some high school kid. (And then again - for some it might not be such a bad idea.) :>)

I always enjoy attending the Southern Ideal Home Show held each year at the Jim Graham Building and the Dorton Arena in Raleigh. While you will see the run of the mill vendors like the hot tub dealers, the gutter guys and the window replacement pros, each year it seems more real estate agents purchase space at the event. While attending this year's event I had the pleasure of meeting Active Rain member and Cary real estate agent Mike Jaquish. What a neat guy!
