Timing is everything.....you hear that all the time, and it only really makes sense when the cliche` actually rings true!  I think that www.realestatenugget.com is a product of last year's successful real estate economy.  The current market has been so hard on folks that new services like ours, offering FREE listings for Residential and Commercial properties, has come at a time when most people are trying to get back to the 'basics.'
