Today I had an interesting email communication with another fellow on-line real estate entrepreneur and much to my surprise, he was concerned that www.realestatenugget.com would have an adverse impact on brokers... I was sort of shocked to consider how a FREE listing website would hurt brokers.
I think that what it comes down to is that there is really two schools of thought, the old school, and the new school. The fact is that our market of customers are navigating the internet like never before. The days of old, when the local MLS was in a rolodex … (0 comments)
