Gosh, those are dreaded words for most people, or are they?  Accountability, what's it really mean?  According to Webster's Online dictionary, accountability means an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions."  Read what Wikipedia says about accountability:
Accountability is defined as "A is accountable to B when A is obliged to inform B about A's (past or future) actions and decisions, to justify them, and to suffer punishment in the case of eventual misconduct".[1]

Who Are The Top Web Sites? - 09/05/09 12:25 PM
According to the Web site Alexa, the top ten web sites on the Web are:
Google Yahoo Facebook YouTube Windows Live Wikipeda Blogger.com MSN Baidu (Chinese Language Search Engine) Yahoo.co.jp (Japanese Version) Interesting information for Real Estate Professionals.  First, are you using YouTube and Yahoo Video to promote your listings?  If not, do so today!  Second, are you posting your blogs at Blogger?  Gosh, I use to post there but then quit.  Maybe it's not a bad place to blog if it's in the top 10 web sites used.

In his book the Automatic Millionaire David Bach discusses and illustrates the compounding expense of a cappuccino on a daily basis.  As Bach points out to a young woman used in his example in the book who is struggling financially that her daily cappuccino purchases can add up to a rather large monthly budget item.  Bach indicated that if she would spend that same money on investments for a retirement account or other savings plan the positive results would be mind boggling.
