Gable Oaks is a wonderful and friendly neighborhood only 30 miles from Uptown Charlotte in the bedroom community of Concord.  Convienently located off Poplar Tent Rd. and only a half mile to I-85 this Niblock built community offers many amenities such as a pool and proximity to shopping and dining.  
If your looking for that upgrade from your first home and don't want the higher taxes of Uptown Charlotte then this place is worth a serious look.
