Does anyone specialize in Eureka, Missouri?  Within the next year a client of mine will need to put her mother's home on the market in Eureka!  I am looking for information on the area from someone who is very familiar.  How are your market conditions?  Is that a growing area or rural and happy about it? I thought that it would be nice to have some professional feedback on the area the next time I speak with my client. Thanks for your help in Eureka, MO!
