heart attack: Know (or Snow) Your Limits.

Two Years ago in February of 2015 I had a heart attack. If you were to ask me to describe my health a day earlier I’d tell you I was as healthy as a horse, much better than the average 60 year old (which I was at the time). If memory serves me right it was a little after dinner time that I was feeling some discomfort.
