 This is the first time that I have personally run into this question, so I have included the original e mail along with my response to it. I was wondering what response others have made to this question. As always, I appreciate any input from my fellow professionals.
My response:
Zillow is a decent starting point, however not an accurate view of the homes true value. It is a computer generated guesstimate based on computer generated information. The only accurate way to estimate the market value is through a CMA (comparative market analysis) or an appraisal done by a licensed appraisor. I … (5 comments)

The little pot-bellied pig who's jaunt through downtown Chipley drew so many comments is safe at an animal rescue farm.
Plans were to take the pig to auction in Graceville Thursday but Jennife sackett of CJ Animal Rescue farm was able to pick the pig up Wedneday and take him to his new home.
