What do you consider Heated & Cooled - 08/23/09 08:58 PM
Have read a few posts lately about the importance of carefully measuring your listings to determine the true square footage. Thinking about that and the importance of this when it comes time for us to do our BPO's, and for the appraisers out there that rely on our MLS information.
So my question is...what do you consider to be Heated and Cooled space?
I have always worked on the idea that if there is no ductwork in the room, then I should not consider it to be H & C, but instead I would consider it to be part of the … (7 comments)

Another Sunday Funny - 08/23/09 02:03 PM
Friend sent me this and I thought that it was funny enough to share. As I just turned 55, I wonder if this is what I have to look forward to when I get old?

An 80-year-old man goes for a physical. All of his tests come      back with normal results. The doctor says, "George, everything looks great.      How are you doing mentally and emotionally? USPS Forever stamps - 08/19/09 12:31 PM
I was not aware of this stamp! Where have I been hiding? Went to borrow a couple of stamps from a fellow agent and she explained what this stamp was. Wish I had known and stocked up on some the last time the rates were hiked.
In these tough times it is always neat to find another way to save some money. All we need now is another rate hike by the post office!!

With summer well underway, I thought it important to pass along this information that I found in our local online publication  http://fosterfollynews.com  I show a lot of vacant land here in the panhandle of Florida and snakes are a part of life here in the country.
Personally, snakes scare the bejeezuz out of me and I don't want to be around them. Hope that some one finds this information helpful.

Agents please!! Label those pictures! - 08/02/09 09:15 AM
This post got me to thinking a little further.
Our MLS and company sites require at least 6 photos of any residential listing. Which is all well and good, But please label the pictures that you post!!! I don't need to put up examples as I am sure that every one has seen them. So you took a picture of a room. Please tell me what that room is!! When I find a new listing that one of my customers may be interested in, I want to know what I am looking at so that I can describe it to them. … (11 comments)
