There was a bit of confusion at the store this morning. When I was ready to pay for my groceries, the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me." Making a mental note to complain to my congressman about Homeland Security running amok, I did just as she had instructed. When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to my credit card. I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future. They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer!

Back in 2005, I was introduced to the Chautaqua Winery in Defuniak Springs, Florida by our Office Manager. She would order cases of their Muscadine Wine and have custom labels made with her contact information. I started doing this also and used them as closing gifts. They made for a very unique gift and I received a lot of positive feedback about the label.

Here in the Panhandle of Florida, it has been so darn dry and so far below average for rainfall, we are being forced to create our own rainbows!
Actually, we were just trying out a new piece of equiptment and I just got lucky in getting this shot with my cell phone.
