I know that my open houses have been very slow lately- but when I have to go with a snow shovel in hand, I know I'm in trouble. Nobody wants to slog through the snow, slush and cold to look at houses right now and it's doubly true here in Chicago where we have not been above freezing in several weeks. Our beleaguered weathermen have had to tell us night after night that it's the coldest winter in 15 years.
