Every now and then I attend Agents Open House, essentially to find out details of the property for sale and get product knowledge of the Condo building or neighbourhood.
Yesterday I attended one of them.  I had attended a similar one before which involved light lunch and socializing. What I did yesterday was walk-in (socializing was going on.. ) looked at the property asked the listing agent a question about one of the rooms  .....  an agent known for her loud-mouthed opinions, answered, while the listing agent could hardly get a word in.
