LAKE MARY, Fla. - Stirling Sotheby's International Realty and the Global Gallery and Sky Terrace Patio atop the 16^th floor penthouse in the Plaza Building in downtown Orlando will host the Elks Club's "The Army of Hope" fundraising gala which will include silent and live auctions on Friday, May 9, starting at 7 p.m.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, said the gala fundraising event is being produced by the Florida State Elks National Service Committee to benefit spouses and families of soldiers slain in Afghanistan and Iraq as well as soldiers who have been maimed or injured in the war.

The event will feature live entertainment, cocktails, gourmet foods, and silent and live auctions of donated items.

"Many of our soldiers and their families are experiencing temporary financial difficulties and the Elks National Service Committee's "The Army of Hope" program is a way to show our support for their heroic sacrifices," said Soderstrom.

Lake Mary, Fla. - Stirling Sotheby's International Realty recently added a 16^th floor putting green to the Sky Terrace patio at its world marketing center, the Global Gallery located in The Plaza building in downtown Orlando. STIRLING SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY TO HOST ABSOLUTE AUCTION OF 44 CONDOMINIUMS AT COASTAL CREEK IN JACKSONVILLE ON MAR. 15

Lake Mary, Fla. - Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, which recently completed two major condominium auctions in Naples and New Smyrna Beach that raised more than $12 million, will auction off 44 condominiums on Saturday, Mar. 15, at Coastal Creek Condominium, a gated riverfront community located at 3434 Blanding Blvd. in Jacksonville.

Roger Soderstrom, owner and founder of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, said the absolute auction features no reserve and no minimum bid. As many as 200 bidders from throughout the U.K., Europe, Canada and North America are expected to participate in person, by telephone or live online, Soderstrom said.

Soderstrom said Coastal Creek Condominium fronts on the Cedar River with nearby access to the St. Johns River. A 44-slip marina at Coastal Creek offers 20 boat slips that will be auctioned during the event.

One, two and three-bedroom condominiums with one or two baths will be auctioned, Soderstrom said. Condominium units at Coastal Creek Condominium were previously priced from the $130's to the mid-$200's.

Lake Mary, Fla. - Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, which recently completed two major condominium auctions in Naples and New Smyrna Beach that raised more than $12 million, will auction off two luxury estates at Riverview Pointe in Flagler Beach on Mar. 1.

Roger Soderstrom, owner and founder of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, said both absolute auctions feature no reserve and no minimum bid. As many as 200 bidders from throughout the U.K., Europe, Canada and North America are expected to participate in person, by telephone or live online, Soderstrom said.

The estate properties are located at 616 Riverview Rd. and 621 Riverview Rd. in Flagler Beach.

"These are both exceptional luxury properties that were previously offered for sale at $1.25 million and $2.7 million respectively," Soderstrom said.

Both estate homes offer five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths with heated swimming pools, and both are located three blocks from the beach.

One of the estate homes fronts on the Intracoastal Waterway and features a private dock that can accommodate two yachts up to 70 feet in length. The second estate home is located across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway, Soderstrom said.
