With a slower start at the beginning of the year, Area 2 / Midtown sales seem to have picked up in the last few months outpacing last years numbers in terms of total sales.  Even with a mid-range price tag, this area does attract a number of first time home buyers.  Until recently, many were concerned about missing the $8,000 tax credit which has now been extended into 2010.  Click here for more information about the revised plan.
