So there I was, my first year in real estate...... During my second month in the business I sold a higher end home in the prestigious neighborhood of Killearn Estates in Tallahassee. The buyers were super excited and were looking forward to relocating from the hectic city of Miami to the calm and serene city of Tallahassee.
