A slow real estate market may mean a potential boom for investors.According to many experts, because of today's slower sales market not only are there more renters than ever in the last 5 years but prices for these rentals has risen substantially in some markets. Many potential buyers have remained renters because they can't get a mortgage in today's tougher lending market, or because they're hoping that prices will continue to drop to more affordable levels.
