Base Realignment and Closure or otherwise known as BRAC will bring more than 12,000 jobs will be relocated to the Northern Virginia area. This is part of the military realignment. This is sure to hopefully increase property values because there is going to be a huge demand for housing.   The question is how this process affect traffic? Answer: Traffic will be HEAVY!   Some of the military bases are listed below in the DMV area.
