This month's report shows that home sales for homes priced from $200-250K are still strong, contrary to the market reports for Springfield and Nixa. There is a strong surge in the number of homes under contract in the $100-150K price range, so we should see the number of homes sold in that price range increase in the next 30-60 days.

Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2011. Home sales are down overall in Nixa, except those priced between $250-300K. The number of homes under contract between $100-250K are up, so we can expect to see an increase in the number of "homes sold" in that price range in the next 30-60 days. No doubt the extreme heat has had an effect on the real estate market in Nixa and Springfield this summer.

Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2011. The market really did a flip-flop this month. Home sales from $100-150K were up this month, contrary to last month, while sales were WAY down for homes priced over $200K. The good news is there are a lot of homes under contract priced over $200K, so we can expect to see those numbers really climb in the next 30-60 days.
