buyers market: So much opportunity for business

It's gives me the warm fuzzies when I realize just how much of an opportunity there is for every Realtor in the business right now. We are in a real estate market where the 3P's just don't work anymore. (PUT the sign up, PUTit in the MLS and PRAY) Believe it or not that is actually thought at some real estate companies. This business is really simply once you understand it. The Realtors that are willing to work will prosper in any market condition.
