Yesterday, at the weekly Montrose Association of Realtors meeting and tour I heard a presentation from Scott Shine, Assistant City Planner for the City of Montrose, CO and the Montrose Improvement Team (MIT). The presentation was to designed to inform the association of all the projects that the Improvement Team is a part of currently. Projects completed have been improvements to Cerise Park, The Pavilion, the River Corridor, the Senior Center, the Skateboard Park and more. Currently, more than half the funds in the coffer comes from grant contributions.
