While we still have a large amount of inventory; the numbers are down from the beginning of the year. We are coming out of our summer slow season and back into our fall and winter months which offer a wide range of opportunities for home buyers and sellers. Below are the latest numbers!

Here are updated statistics for the Southwest Florida marketplace. Our sales have improved greatly. Florida is generally a winter based season for selling as many of our feeder states visit as seasonal toursits during the cold Northern winters. With that being said; Southwest Florida homes are selling at a great discount to the peek levels of November 2005.
We are currently selling at a 50% discount off those peek levels. The summer months should provide a great opportunity for those of you coming to visit. While the roads are less traveled and the restaurants are quiet, now is the time to purchase your vacation dream … (6 comments)

These are some eye opening statistics prepared through data taken directly from the sunshine mls system. These are numbers that reflect just the Bonita Springs & Estero marketplace. While the signs of growing inventories are concerning; the market is correcting very nicely and this is opening up wonderful opportunities for the full time home owner, the investor buyer and the 2nd home seasonal buyer. Prices have fallen nearly 50% in many of the latest sales taking place which is providing that super buying opportunity.
