What can we as agents, lenders and professionals do to make the Doom & Gloom haze lingering in the air transcend into some ray of light (hope) for all to see.

I for one, am attending every class I can get in to. Let's face it, they pump you up in a way that's recharging to your whole outlook on life. I believe that now in the heart of spring we should take the example of the nature around us. It is fresh and new and luscious. Let's take that into our professions. Look for a new class, something that makes you a king of your craft. Like a photography class, staging class or better yet get a designation you've always wanted. Staying positive is the key. Whatever that is can be different for each individual, it's what makes us unique!

This can be contagious with in your realm of colleagues spreading the infectious new attitude. HOw great would it be if everyone you came in contact with in your business had the same attitude, wouldn't that make everyone feel terrific! Be the first to stay ahead of your game. You see my friends, every time you learn something new it gives you confidence. With confidence comes a trust your clients will undeniably have for you. Which entails will lead to more business, friends and mentee's for which you will become their hero. Doesn't that sound great!

It can be that easy. With having maybe a little more time on your hands right now than you'd like you can turn that silent time into something fabulous. Use this time for reflection. Maybe change your goals around a little. Tweek your typing, e-mailing, internet use. What ever it is "JUST DO IT" like Nike states. I personally am going to make new business cards, new picture new captions the whole nine yards. My goal is to pass out 5 a day. Maybe that doesn't sound like a lot , but it's 5 more than I've been handing out. I am also going to take that staging class that I've always wanted to take. It doesn't have to be a lot. Take baby steps towards your new found greatness. REMEMBER THE AGE OLD ANT-AGE ......."KNOWLEDGE IS POWER" and boy don't you forget it!
