Hi Everyone,

    I am happy to say that the market is getting very active again here in Northeast Ohio.  Buyers are eagerly searching for the deal of a life time.  Homes that have been sitting on the market for a long time are also getting offers. But that doesn't mean that sellers are giving their homes away...No, it means that marketing has taken a new turn.    Agents are working with the sellers to make them understand that a buyer needs to fall in love with the outside of the home first. This is the perfect time of year to show off the beauty that surrounds the home. Flowering trees, plants, little garden accents all say, "I'm beautiful on the inside too." And when you open the front door, make sure you follow through on that promise. As the agent, you know what the buyer is looking for. It's up to us to make sure the seller knows too.
