I wish Thanksgiving Day were the International holiday. I wish all my friends, relatives, colleagues, clients from all over the world would say Happy Thanksgivind to each other and to their friends every fourth Thursday of November.
I wish all of us would eat if not turkey but plenty of other delicious food. 
I wish we could discuss at the Thanksgiving table not the global crisis and troubles in economy but express our gratitude for warmth and friendship, family and health, prosperity and joy, small world and strong connections.

Greater Cleveland Real Estate is still alive - good news for everyone who is sick and tired of all the histeria about crisis, bad market, foreclosures, "kind" Lady Fannie who allows poor people to stay in the houses duting the Holiday season, etc., etc.
We have plenty of realistically priced and even underpriced good solid homes and condominiums in the best communities of Greater Cleveland. For those who is not ready to buy or who is not fortunate enough to be qualified for loan it's a lot of very good opportunities to rent the house.

That's amazing how many free tools we can use today to promote our listings and our exceptional services. I've just got one of the best e-mails in my life from the lady who found my profile and listings on Zillow.com. Honestly, I don't even pay a proper attention to my Zillow account as all Local-n-Global listings are being submitted to Zillow automatically.
