Good Real Estate agents are good marketers. We are in constant quest for a better tools and better ways to serve our clients who hired us to sell their houses and condos in Gates Mills or Lyndhurst, Solon or Mentor, Mayfield or South Euclid.
The truth is that old approach: list, put the sign, sell - does not work any more. It's just a co-incedence that a slow down of Real Estate market happened at the same time as Web.2.0. Good for those who really want to sell and who is fortunate enough to hire the right agent!
