Whatever Happened to Professional Courtesy In Real Estate - 08/31/07 09:07 PM
Ok! This one is really starting to get on my nerves!
Any of us that have listings that are not selling know how our Sellers are asking for feedback on whatever showings we ARE getting. "What did they say?" "The price still to high?" "Did they have a problem with the pink bathroom or the 3 dogs and 4 cats?" You all know the drill. Our Sellers want to know what other agents think of the home/condo and what they can do to help it sell. (Well, at least we all HOPE we have Sellers that want to listen to what … (7 comments)

Las Vegas Bound in November! - 08/28/07 10:50 PM
My partner, Ray Benitez (you can check him out on our website)will be headed to Las Vegas in November for the National Association of REALTORS Annual Convention.
Have you ever been? It's sensory overload, to say the least! We went three years ago in Orlando and the Trade Show alone was unbelievable. Not only did we get all sorts of great new marketing idea, but we came home with a suitcase full of "stuff." I'm still using that "stuff" but I'm sure we will be getting more!

Ok Boys and Girls...or Ladies and Gentlemen.....I've entered the Sandbox.....I've got my shovel, a Tonka Dump Truck and I'm ready to play Blogging....so here it goes.........
I attended a networking function last night. I learned about it on-line, in fact it's called NetParty. I've attended three of them, last night's being the lowest attendance I have seen. (Rain will do amazing things to attendance!) I enjoy networking events for several reasons....meeting new people, learning about other careers/businesses and of course hoping to find that potential Buyer or Seller Client that I can begin to develop a relationship with.
