Today I was following up on behalf of a tenant on a small maintenance issue in the condo that they are currently leasing. I also us this opportunity to do a physical inspection of the condo and make sure all is well and nothing out of the ordinary is going on. Today, that visit took me to Viewpoint Midtown Atlanta.
Midtown Atlanta offers numerous condominium buildings with a variety of styles, contemporary to traditional, mid-rise to high rise and some options in between. But Viewpoint Midtown Atlanta is clearly a favorite of mine...and the residents that live there.

There are currently 6 Active Listings, ranging in price from $109,000 to $225,000.
There is 1 Short Sale Pending Approval at $90,000.
4 homes are Under Contract with an Average List Price of $118,000
There were NO SALES in June, 2012 or June, 2011.

We all face life challenges.
They come in all forms. Anytime I see anyone with a disability, life is very quickly put in perspective. I saw a guy today in a wheelchair waiting for a bus, while I'm driving down the street in my air conditioned car. Reality check.
But, we still have issues. They come in all different shapes, sizes, and costs.
