thom and ray team: Spire Midtown Atlanta. A Condominium Community of Midtown Atlanta GA - 09/10/10 11:16 PM
Spire Midtown Atlanta. A Condominium Community of Midtown Atlanta GA When you work in an urban enviornment, it is a bit different to "get the feel" of a community (in this case a building) like you might when you drive through a single-family neighborhood. In the latter, you'll see people out in their yards, walking the dog, or you'll meet them at school events if you have kids. Well much of the same happens in a condo community like Spire Midtown Atlanta. Well, you don't have a yard, but you might meet at the pool. And there are many residents in (1 comments)
thom and ray team: Midtown Atlanta Makeover Continues - 09/07/10 09:35 PM
Midtown Atlanta Makeover Continues Improvements to Midtown Atlanta just keep on coming! As you'll recall, I posted a couple weeks back that some Midtown Atlanta Streets were getting a makeover. Crescent Street certainly was in need of some sprucing! But it seems that is not all that has been happening in Midtown. Most of these streetscape improvments are designed to enhance the pedestrian experience in Midtown Atlanta while giving Midtown its own idenity. I can say from personal experience that some of the improvements below are certainly a welcome addition to Midtown. Installation of new LED countdown ped-heads and traffic signals are (4 comments)
thom and ray team: Welcome To Atlanta, Georgia. Now Where The Heck Is...? - 09/06/10 08:05 PM
Welcome To Atlanta, Georgia! Now Where The Heck Is....? For those of you that have never visited Atlanta, or have just moved here, our almost unchecked urban sprawl is the result of no natural boundaries to stop it from growing! As a result, there are parts of "Atlanta" that you may never heard of, but wonder where they are. (I put Atlanta in quotes as there are several places I'm about to mention that are not in the actual city limits of Atlanta.) But, Welcome to Atlanta, Georgia, and let me introduce you to some of our landmarks. 1) Downtown Connector (10 comments)

Indeed, it seems like only yesterday were were exploring some of the great homes of Midtown Atlanta...and here we are again! Time for the 2010 edition of this great Midtown tradition. I'm told by some residents that it is the longest running tour in Atlanta? This year, the Midtown Tour of Homes has a "skyward" approach as a majority of the homes are located in the various mid and highrise buildings that dot the Midtown Atlanta skyline! So, if you have evern wondered what it was like to (5 comments)

If you are looking for Midtown Atlanta living, but perfer not to be "up in the air" of high-rise living, then Tuscany Condominiums Midtown Atlanta might be the perfect location for you. One block off the Midtown Mile, and two blocks from Piedmont Park are just two reasons that make this a great community. Add, a pool, fitness center, courtyards and fountains, and you've got Tuscany! The style of this community reminds one of an Italian villa with the construction, barrel-tiled roofs and iron railings. A variety of floor plans, including some (1 comments)
thom and ray team: Midtown Atlanta Condominiums -- Cornerstone Village - 02/16/10 05:24 AM
One of the unique parts of "big city living" is all the different neighborhoods that make up that particular city. Each has it's own character, charm and a sense of community. But the same can be true for living in a mid-rise or high-rise condominium "community." So while Midtown Atlanta is a neighborhood in Atlanta, it's filled with another type of community, called a condominium. Let's take a tour of another living opportunity in Midtown..... Cornerstone Village Located on the corner of 5th and Peachtree Streets, this development actually takes up the entire block! It's bounded by Peachtree Street on the (6 comments)
Midtown Atlanta is home to many different types of condominuim buildings. Some are new construction, built and designed as condos, and other buildings, such as 805 Peachtree Condominiums gained a second life after first serving another purpose. Often refered to as the Social Security Administration building because of it's largest tenant, 805 Peachtree Condominiums have been transformed from a vacant, boarded up office building (yes, it was boarded up at one time!) to a unique living experience in the 1990's. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes offer unique floor plans and (0 comments)

Thomas Ramon Realty are proud to have helped 6 buyers become happy Viewpoint residents. One of our clients even bought two homes, side-by-side and have since combined them into (5 comments)
