I like to think I've come along way in the Social Media arena. Mind you, there are plenty that are way out in front of me, and others that I suspect are somewhere in my dust.
But some of the recent things I have been doing are obviously bringing me to the top as my daily notifications of new Twitter followers is increasing. I like that. But, I DO have some standards.
Like, how can you be on Twitter, and have 300-500 followers, and you have sent out ONE, yes, ONE tweet? What value is there in me following you, or … (56 comments)

Yet another example of the POWER of social media and its importance now, and the foreseable forever, in our lives.
The Twitter account,
"Sh*t My Dad Says"
(WARNING - IT'S NOT CLEAN LANGUAGE SO CHOOSE TO CLICK ON THAT LINK WISELY!!)
has been picked up by CBS and the pilot of the show was filmed with William Shatner playing the Dad. WOW! Maybe I need to get out more with my Flip video and do more spots of Midtown Atlanta. Maybe I'll be the star of a new vacation channel?

I love writing blogs. But, we all get writers block. Or a lack of an idea. Some are natural born writers, and others, like me struggle with the wit and words. But when I read this article, I had to laugh. Quietly, and the a good, deep down belly laugh. Yes, we've got some economic challenges in front of us. And they are changing everything, or so it seems. From the way we live, drive and even, the way be buy real estate. The rules of the game called, "Let's Buy A Home" have changed. The bigger question is, "Are You IN or OUT?"
I read somewhere in as little as 5 years from now, we will look back to this time and say "Wow, that was the best time for the first-time buyer (or in my opinion, ANY Buyer) to have bought a home." The housing market is not going … (3 comments)

I'm a new kid (relatively speaking at 4 years) to this gig called real estate. Oh, I had some exposure years back when my parents sold real estate in Montana, but by that time, I had moved on to someplace like Houston, New Orleans or maybe Miami Beach. And real estate would be my 6th, yes I said 6th career in my lifetime. NO, you don't need to know what all the others are. But let's just say, each of them has been a great stepping stone to real estate.
