Reading this report written by Kristina Dell msnbc, you will soon find out that the Real Estate Appraisal is not always right. Since the housing bubble was blown up, more than 55% of the nations real estate may be overtaxed, property owners pay a lot more Tax $$ than they really have to, experts say.
