812008: Washington County, Oregon home sales week in review by neighborhood (8/1/2008) - 08/01/08 12:31 PM

Today is Friday, August 1, 2008 and it is time for another breakdown of homes sales in the Washington County, Oregon market. This week the stats came out for June 2008 versus June 2007 and the numbers are pretty amazing. Despite an average drop in home sales in Washington County of 33.95% from last year at this time, the prices still rose and average of .62% from last year.
