Will Beaverton, Oregon foreclosures just be a ripple in real estate history? The reason I ask this is because even though I was only ten at the time of the 1980 Beaverton, Oregon real estate crisis. The home market in Beaverton, was something that recovered and the market of the 1980s was soon forgotten by the mid 1990s. Is there a possibility that though was seem to be horrible now will be forgotten again in 15-20 years and buying or selling a home in Beaverton will be just as easy as it was in 2006 again? I get calls everyday from investors wanting to know how to find great pre-foreclosure homes and I am glad to help them. But, they are watching the news and think that a thousand a day are going on the market right here Oregon. Well, that just isn't the case!
