If you are considering relocating to Beaverton, Oregon, finding out about a certain neighborhood before you actually live here certainly isn’t something that is easy to do. But, hopefully, my neighborhood posts will help you find a place to call home.
The Aloha Neighborhood of Beaverton, Oregon, is a well established part of Beaverton that has many homes built in the 1960s and 1970s, but many homes have been added to the community over the years. There are even a couple new developments in the area that were built in 2003-2004, but most of the area is a little bit older.

beaverton oregon mls: Pizza Caboose… I haven’t been there since age 12, but my kids enjoyed it as much as I did when I was their age - 04/14/08 10:13 AM
Pizza Caboose is a great little pizza place in Tigard, Oregon and has been there as long as I can remember. It is owned by the same people that own the Tigard Bowling Alley. Both places are great, and when you combine them, it even makes it better!
Yesterday, I decided to let my kids experience the fun time I had as a kid watching the train go around the restaurant while we waited for our food. The wife and I looked at all the train memorabilia and pictures around the restaurant, that was a little more exciting to us.

beaverton oregon mls: The Three Little Pigs – Make sure your investment portfolio doesn’t blow down - 04/14/08 01:11 AM
I'm going to try to tie the Three Little Pigs story in to a story of three investors that I've watched over the past few years. Two are my clients and the third is one that another agent in my office works with. I will let you guess which ones are mine.
If you remember the story of the Three Little Pigs, the first one made his house of straw and when the big bad wolf came along, (for this story the wolf will be the slowing real estate market) he huffed and puffed and blew the pig's house down.
