In the Beaverton, Oregon, real estate market, I love it when an agent tells me signs don’t work. Yeah, you just keep saying that to yourself! I agree the internet is important, heck 90% of my business comes from it, but guess what, I still get a lot of business from my signs as well and I can prove it!

Yesterday, I was called with a potential buyer for a condo in Beaverton and, of course, I jumped on the chance, since I didn’t even have to start the car to get to these condos. So, I walk over to the model unit and there was this very nice lady and her three year old daughter there waiting for me.
