What a daunting task this will be! As part of my new year’s resolution, I’ve decided to update my websites and my blogs. And because of that I’m going to have to go back 4 ½ years and update some 5,000 blog posts between four different sites.
Part of the reason for this is that broken links that have been discovered in the past couple weeks. It seems posts I wrote four years ago have links going to websites and web pages that no longer exist. I’ve also changed companies over the years and some of my older posts still show … (15 comments)

I'm sorry dad, I'm tired and now I know why you hated this time of year. Tonight I spent over 5 hours working with my son on his space derby ship for the space derby tomorrow night. I had never heard of the space derby. When I was a scout it was always the pine wood derby, but my song was given a blog of wood a bunch of rubber bands and a propeller.

Three years ago, I heard the phrase, “I wish I was a real estate agent” at almost every close. Clients thought real estate agents lived the charmed life. They didn’t see what went on behind the scenes.

But, more and more of my present and past clients are now saying, “I don’t know how you can stand being an agent, sales are so tough now.” I’m not going to argue with them, they are tough, but the tough deal with it and thrive!
