licensed contractor: When you feel sorry for a client - 02/02/12 01:29 PM

I have a client that bought a brand new roof and chimney in 1999 and today they have to sell that home. The problem is the inspection came back and the roof was installed incorrectly and the chimney is pulling away from the house, cracking and pulling the roof away from the home as well.
