I have a listing that is located in a cul-de-sac in a nice well established neighborhood. But, there is that one neighbor we all dread living next to. They complain about everything, they have unruly kids and it is always everyone else’s fault but their own.
Well, I had heard of them doing this to other agents, but I hadn’t experienced it myself yet. They would call the police when someone was showing the house because clearly there was a drug deal going on because of all the traffic coming in and out of this house.

I had a listing that had some neighbors that were nice neighbors, but their yard was somewhat of an eyesore. It really wasn't as much the yard as it was the house. It also needed some touch up and my seller was willing to help out.
You see, in today's world my seller and I figured the reason for not painting the house and doing the up keep on the yard was because of the lack of money. But, it turns out that they just didn't see a reason too.

Have you ever had a seller call you interested in selling their present home and buying a new one? Of course we all have, but the seller says, we would like to kind of just start looking around while we fix our present property. Then a wonderful thing happens, within 2 days you find them their dream home, and they just can't wait and buy it.
