AHHHHHH! It has come to that time again, where I just have to break down cry and spend another $4.99 on a new spatula. I know it seems insignificant, but it is just another thing in a long list of things that I have had to re-buy recently.

Are you thinking of moving to Oregon? I get calls once or twice a week from people that have seen my blogs about how beautiful Oregon is, and they are surprised. They had no idea, want to leave everything they have now, and make the move to Oregon. Hiking, Camping, Skiing and everything in between, are all here.

As more and more parts of the country are seeing a fall in real estate prices, the prices here in Oregon seem to be staying steady and even going up in some areas. But, what if you are moving from out of state and don't know what to look for?
Create a Free Slideshow I would suggest, before you look for a home, look for a great company to work for! There are a lot of great companies here in Oregon that are always hiring and most do so online.

We keep hearing how bad real estate is in certain parts of the country and how prices keep dropping. Did you know financial freedom could be as close as a relocation for some? I have people that are moving to Portland from both Seattle and California all of the time and they couldn't be happier with the real estate market.
Why, may you ask? In Seattle, in some areas of the city, prices are twice what they are here in Portland, and in California the price may be as much as 4 times the price of a home here. So what … (8 comments)
