I love listing homes and I do a lot of open houses, but I can't do all of them on all my listings as I just wouldn't have time to get them all in even if I did them every weekend, there still wouldn't be enough time in the month to get them all done.

Many reasons include that they are expecting, they are getting married, their rent is going up, prices are falling, or interest rates are low. I love Oregon, I have lived here all but two years of my life and I'm not sure college really counts since my laundry was still coming home on the weekends. But, how could Tigard or Beaverton not make the top 100 of best places to live?
Both are absolutely beautiful. There are parks, bike paths, and shopping. We have everything thing here you could possibly want. Is it because we are too close to Portland? Have we gotten Portland's bad rap, because when someone asks where we are from we answer "Just outside Portland"?

For the past 5 years, my family and all the kids have enjoyed Washington Square's breakfast with Santa in Tigard, Oregon. The kids get to enjoy the magic and fun of Mrs. Claus until her husband shows up and then the place erupts with excitement.
The kids get to each meet Santa and have their picture taken if they want. The best part for parents is that there is a GREAT buffet style breakfast that has something for everyone and you certainly won't leave hungry and it only costs $5.

With more and more buyers being told no by traditional mortgage lenders, because of lack of down payment or credit history, lease options are becoming a great way to make more from the sale of your home.
The great thing about lease-option is the flexibility of a property owner to sell whether its a house, or a condo. Lease-option could also be use for commercial properties.

Hey everyone, help me welcome Mona Makela, the owner of Heavenly Maid Cleaning Service to Activerain. I met Mona about 6 months ago when she and her crew were doing the cleaning at our condo conversion projects the day before clients were to move in.
She and her team came in and did a great job. They left the place move-in ready despite what they had to clean up after. They were left with a lot of construction dirt and debris, but they left that place spotless!

Pizza Caboose is a great little pizza place in Tigard, Oregon and has been there as long as I can remember. It is owned by the same people that own the Tigard Bowling Alley. Both places are great, and when you combine them, it even makes it better!
