Woo hoo! After 3 months of trials and demos, finding out what companies have a customer support team, etc, we finally found a winner! OMG this software is awesome.If you do Loan Mods or Short Sales, this program handles it all! It can even pull comps and with a click of a button! It schedules my calls, meninds me of auction dates, etc. My attornies, my agents, my clients, and the buyers agent can check their file at any time, so this decrease the calls to me immensely! My cover letters now even show a small chart with the difference … (13 comments)
