Lately, a lot of buyers have been questioning the Austin real estate market. They keep hearing that the market is really hot, but for some reason many just can't believe it. In any other cold and wintery February, a hot real estate market is understandibly hard to imagine. However, there seems to be a "Perfect Storm" of factors that are driving people into the market early this year.
