Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals OFOSA Does Work Wonders in Washington County It's too late for the March 31st event with the Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals OFOSA ... unfortunately I didn't know this organization existed until a few nights ago when I saw their public service announcement on TV. The March 31st event was a fund raising auction. But that doesn't mean OFOSA (Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals) won't have more worthwhile events in Portland.
