Good news for home sales in South Central WI. WRA 3qtr home sale results. Green County +21.3%, Lafayette +7.1%, Rock +6.1%, Dane +5.3%
 
The not so good news for South Central WI. home sale prices for the 3qtr. Home prices down; Green -5.6%, Rock -6.3%, Dane -5.7%, Lafayette -32.6%

On Wednesday we remember our brave serviceman, "Veterans Day"
I would like to extend a personal Thank You  to all the men and women who serve and have served in the United States Armed Forces. Your service, dedication, and sacrifice are greatly appreciated, for we know that freedom isn't free. Also I extend a special note of sympathy to the families of Fort Hood. Towne Square Realty is locally owned, but the past few years we have been part of the Re/Max franchise. The owners of our company have decided to return to a independent agency.This change gives Towne Square Realty more flexibility to serve our clients in this ever changing market. Ultralite plane leading cranes on migration today - 11/05/09 10:32 AM

Sorry about the poor quality of this picture. I was driving to the office this morning when I saw this air parade coming in the distance. So as I'm driving, I reach for my point and shoot, rolling down the window, and snap one handed random pictures out the window. This is what you get, one of the car next to me, one of the ground, and one of the young sand hill cranes migrating with a little help from a friend. Cool don't you think?
