Tip on ridding a property of strong cigarette smell... - 02/02/11 03:39 PM
A recent bank owned listing that I took on has a persistent cigarette smell in the property and I've been seeking out a way to get it removed.  The sad part is that a contractor has already replaced the carpet and the walls have been painted - and supposedly "shellacked" to seal them. 
All I know is that my allergies got flared up quickly and it caused serious problems for me for a week.

At Team Reba we regularly talk to our clients about compensation of the various contacts involved in their real estate purchase.  Since most people can't afford to pay cash for a property here in the Puget Sound region, they usually need to get a mortgage or loan of some type.  Coming up soon, April 1, 2011, there will be new rules around compensation for mortgage originators.
