I read daily reports on the real estate sector and some of the online news says the market is stabilizing and others say it's in a continued decline.  In the Greater Seattle area, depending on who your clients are and where they're looking to buy or sell, it can get mighty confusing.
Here's the thing... the adage that real estate is local has never been more true. And, in fact, it's hyper-local. What is happening in the Greenlake area of town is nothing like what is happening in Lakeridge, or Crown Hill, Capitol Hill, or University District, or Belltown.  Same thing … (2 comments)
