This weekend, my beautiful Sister-in-law got married (Yay Amanda!).  She had her wedding and reception at Treasures of Marilyn in Lake Charles, La.  I have to admit, prior to Friday; I had never been in there.  We had our rehearsal on Friday and the wedding was on Saturday.  ToM provided everything; from the flowers to the cake; from the decorations to the food.  I planned my wedding and I can tell you, that is a stressful event, but having it at Treasures of Marilyn’s in Lake Charles, La seemed to take much of the stress … (2 comments)

Choosing an agent to work with when buying or selling a home is one of the most important processes.  Many people will open up the paper or Homefinders guide and pick based upon pictures or sizes of their ads.  This is the wrong approach!
You wouldn’t go to a doctor because he has the biggest ad in the paper.  You would ask around to see who other people use and get their opinions about the person.  Real Estate is similar.  You want to be comfortable with your real estate agent.
